At Super Jay, we’re committed to delivering high-quality apparel, accessories, and comic products that meet your expectations. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

REFUND POLICY



1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not entered production or shipped.

After this window:

  • Orders are considered final and cannot be canceled

  • This is especially important for limited drops, print-on-demand items, or exclusive releases

2. Returns (Apparel & Physical Merchandise)

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Item must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)
     

Non-returnable items include:

  • Limited edition or final sale items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged merchandise (not due to our error)

  • Gift cards
     

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or item replacement (subject to inventory availability).
If the requested item is unavailable:

  • A store credit or refund will be issued instead
     

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
     

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item
     

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo evidence

We will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund, depending on availability
     

6. Comic Books (Physical & Digital)

Physical Comics

  • Eligible for return only if damaged or defective upon arrival

  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
     

Digital Comics

  • All digital content is non-refundable once accessed or downloaded

  • If you experience technical issues, contact us and we’ll resolve it
