1. Sponsor

The Super Jay Golden Cape Hunt Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Super Jay Cannabis Co., a legal business entity of Krabappel LLC.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any participating dispensary or retail partner.

2. Promotion Period

The Golden Cape Hunt Series 1 Sweepstakes begins on April 20, 2026 and ends on April 20, 2027 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”).
All entries (cape registrations) must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to:
• legal residents of the State of Michigan
• who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes through either of the following methods:

A. Cape Sticker Entry

Super Jay pre-roll tubes may contain promotional Cape Stickers inside the product packaging.
Each Cape Sticker contains a QR code directing participants to the promotion website.
Participants who scan the QR code and complete the registration form will receive Sweepstakes entries based on the sticker tier discovered.

Sticker tiers and corresponding entries are as follows:

Limit one (1) entry registration per sticker discovered.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Participants may enter without purchasing a product by visiting:

and completing the Alternate Entry Form.

AMOE entries will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry per submission.
AMOE entries will carry the same odds of winning as entries obtained through Cape Stickers.
Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person per week during the Promotion Period.

5. Cape Sticker Prize Tiers

Certain Cape Stickers correspond to prize tiers.

Participants discovering prize stickers must follow the instructions on the promotional website and present the original sticker to redeem the prize where applicable.

Prize tiers are as follows:

Golden Cape Prize (250 available)
• voucher redeemable for one (1) Super Jay 2g pre-roll
• five (5) Sweepstakes entries

Power Up Cape Prize (10 available)
• Super Trap Prize Box including:

• four (4) Super Jay pre-roll vouchers

• Super Jay branded lighter

• Super Jay sticker pack

• ten (10) Sweepstakes entries

Diamond Cape Prize (5 available)
• Super Jay VIP Experience including a VIP Day with the Founders
• Super Jay merchandise box
• fifty (50) Sweepstakes entries

Experience details will be coordinated with the winner and may include brand events, meet-and-greet opportunities, and merchandise.

6. Cannabis Prize Redemption

Cannabis prizes associated with Golden Cape and Power Up Cape tiers are provided in the form of vouchers redeemable at participating licensed Michigan cannabis retailers.

Participants must present the original Cape Sticker to redeem the prize.

All redemptions must comply with Michigan cannabis laws and retailer policies.

Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Grand Prize Sweepstakes

All valid entries accumulated during the Promotion Period will be entered into a random drawing for the Grand Prize.

Grand Prize
Free Pre-Rolls for One Year

Defined as:
• seven (7) Super Jay pre-roll vouchers per week
• for fifty-two (52) weeks
• maximum total of 364 vouchers

Vouchers must be redeemed at participating licensed Michigan cannabis retailers.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,000 – $3,500, depending on retail pricing.

8. Winner Selection

The Grand Prize winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor within thirty (30) days after the Promotion Period ends.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided during entry registration.

If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

The winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating dispensaries, and affiliated entities from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or redemption of prizes.

12. Privacy

Information collected during entry registration will be used for Sweepstakes administration and prize fulfillment and may be used for marketing communications subject to participant consent.

13. Winner List

To request the name of the Grand Prize winner, send a written request to:

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days following the end of the Promotion Period.

14. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to conflict of law principles.
